求助的對象用介系詞 "to"
Example 1: The single mother takes care of her kids without recourse to any help.
(這位單親媽媽沒有倚靠任何人的幫助獨立照顧小孩。)

Example 2: The couple had recourse to counseling to save their marriage.
(這對夫妻求助婚姻輔導來保住婚姻。)
